The kitchen sink of case studies, one might say. This incredible home opposite Buena Vista Park in San Francisco holds an extra special spot in my portfolio as it was just down the street from my first condo. I walked past it daily for years, eventually with my first baby in her stroller, on the way down the hill into Cole Valley for a much-needed coffee.
